Cookies
As you work in Alma (including Alma Analytics), the system sets cookies in your browser to keep track of your state. If those cookies get corrupted, you may be kicked out of Analytics and receive a login prompt for which you don't know the login. If this happens often enough, it may be useful to have a quick way to clear those cookies.
EditThisCookie
EditThisCookie is an open source browser extension that you can use to delete or modify cookies from the website you currently have open. It is available for Google Chrome.
Once installed, it appears in Chrome as a small cookie icon:
When Alma Analytics presents you with the login screen, go to any Alma tab and click the cookie. It will display the cookies for that server, which you can delete using the small garbage can icon.
Now login to Alma again, and you should be able to access Alma Analytics with no problem.
